I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms, especially those with a Park Street view, were comfortable, but the service fell short of a standard 5-star hotel. The location was great for exploring Kolkata, but the dining options were overpriced and not always satisfactory.
My stay at the hotel was delightful! The rooms were very neat, clean, and spacious, well taken care of by Dilip. However, there was a minor issue where someone entered to check the lights but it wasn't fixed during my stay. The service was exceptional, with a very helpful and friendly staff, though it did take some time to address certain issues. The location was superb, making it convenient to explore nearby attractions. The dining experience was pleasant, but I wished for more inclusive options in the tariff. I absolutely loved the location of the hotel, it was perfect for me, close to New Market shopping area and Forum Mall plus there are interesting shops along Park Street. In general, the hotel services were great but a ton of hidden or at least unanticipated charges could be frustrating.
